- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Been coming here for a few years, gets worse each time, in regards to the helpfulness of the staff. The prices are way too high, all they do is insert data into an automated program, will start doing taxes myself and saving money. They charge 35 bucks for a direct deposit, something like that should be free. Having a 401k plan bumps the filing from ez to some "advanced" form that costs twice as much for only 30 seconds of added time to the entire ordeal. The "professionals" they have cannot answer advanced tax questions about saving money due to expenses, such as car repairs or other things that should not be included in taxable income. I feel like people lose a whole lot of potential money savings using this company.By Timothy Goolsby, April 29, 2017
